Why do I need to give you access?
How to Give Us Access
To build or edit automations, we need to be added as a Member with Full Access to the relevant databases. Here’s how you can do that:
Step 1: Open Settings & Members

In your Notion workspace, click on Settings & Members (in the left sidebar under your workspace name).

Step 2: Invite a New Member

Go to the Members tab.

Click Add members.

Enter our email address.
[email protected] OR [email protected]
- Choose Member (not Guest).
- Guests cannot build automations, only Members can.
👉 Note: Depending on your current plan, you may need to pay for one extra member seat when you invite us. Once the work is finished, you can remove us or downgrade our role so you are no longer paying for that seat.
Step 3: Grant Full Access to Databases
- Navigate to each database where you want us to build or edit automations.
- Click the Share button in the top-right corner.
- Under our name, select Full Access from the permissions dropdown.
- “Can Edit” or lower permissions are not enough for automations to work.
Step 4: Confirm Paid Plan
- Make sure your workspace is on a paid plan (automations are not available on free plans).
Step 5: Remove or Downgrade Access When Finished
- Once our work is complete, you can remove us from your workspace entirely, or downgrade us to Guest if you’d like to keep a record of our past involvement.
