Pricing

We don’t shy away from sharing our pricing however we do require the opportunity to meet with you to assess your needs. We will then send you a clear proposal with costing breakdown. In the meantime though here is what you can expect:

Initially, we will quote you a lump sum that covers:

• Clarifying your systems and mapping your digital operating system.
• Designing and building the initial version of your workspace, including databases, templates, and dashboards.

After that, we bill by the hour.

• Billing rates vary between Certified Consultants and Notion Experts.
• We track our time and provide real-time visibility.
• We do not charge ongoing subscription fees.

Payment Platforms

Australian Clients: You'll receive an invoice via Xero for bank transfer.

Global Clients: We use Wise.com for fee-free bank transfers or you can opt for PayPal (fees apply).

Notion Subscription

We require you to have a paid Notion subscription with Notion. There are several plan options to suit your business needs. We're happy to discuss these with you to help you save time or you can check them out: Notion Subscription

Notion Add Ons

A regular part of our process is to help clients connect their digital worlds. This often requires additional services, sometimes you have to pay for them. Make.com, NoteForms, TimeOS, Relay.app, Super.so are just a few of the great tools we love to use.
